Working Together to Create Bright Futures
Linwood is proud to receive support from such a diverse and dedicated group of community partners. Our partners include federal and state agencies, local businesses, faith-based and community groups, and generous individuals—all of whom make it possible for us to provide the highest quality programs and services for children and adults living with autism.
We always welcome new partners to join us on our mission to create the possibility of extraordinary lives for individuals on the autism spectrum. If you are interested in supporting or partnering with Linwood, please contact Kathie Panasuk.

Below are just a few of our outstanding partners!

The Cherelles

What began as a female duet formed in 2010 to sing Louis Armstrong’s signature tune, What a Wonderful World, has now grown into The Cherelles—an ensemble of nine female voices that perform an eclectic mix of popular tunes from Broadway shows and Hollywood movies, as well as Folk, Rock and Pop standards.

More than just a singing group, these women perform to benefit Linwood Center. In a time when the autism rate continues to grow each year, The Cherelles are proud that their efforts are helping to create the possibility of extraordinary lives for these families. Thank you for your support!

ShowTime Singers

The ShowTime Singers was founded in January of 2003. The group is dedicated to staging high-quality musical performances for the community at large, enjoying a cappella and accompanied singing while specializing in songs that audiences can easily relate to—and perhaps even sing along with—like Broadway tunes, standards, patriotic music, and even a little rock and roll!

ShowTime Singers is a mixed-voice adult choral group (all volunteers) under the direction of Cathy Johnson. Singers hail from all over central Maryland and D.C. Enjoying community performances, encouraging soloists and small group harmonies, learning the vocal “craft,” and having fun doing it are their goals and great joys. The group provides vocal education through their rehearsals and workshops; rehearsals are held in the Ellicott City area on Thursday evenings from September through June. ShowTime Singers is a member of the Howard County Arts Council and is proud to have been supported by grants from the Howard County Arts Council, The Maryland State Arts Council, and The Columbia Foundation.

The group and its members have been ongoing supporters of Linwood Center, helping to raise both funding and awareness for the organization.
