The next phase has begun. We are preparing the site now for removal of the Gray House and the relocation of utility lines. Linwood donated the house to Habitat for Humanity. The house, which has been gutted, is now being disassembled by Habitat. They will reuse part of the house in other projects as well as stocking their Re-Store store which provides building material for repair of homes of low income families. Linwood is happy to give back to the community in this manner.

We expect to have the first phase of our project completed in time to open the doors to our new school for the 2014 school year. Thanks to funding commitments from the State of Maryland, the Howard County Government, private and corporate donations and our lender, PNC Bank, we are only $460,000 shy of achieving our goal.
We continue to need your support to help us close this final gap in funding for this project. Please explore how you can give by clicking on any of the following links. Naming Opportunities. Levels of Giving. FAQs. Or, email Bill Moss, Executive Director, or call him at 410-465-1352.
