Linwood is a drug free, alcohol free environment and has adopted a substance abuse screening program. Employees are required to be tested (a) on a pre-employment basis, (b) on a randomly selected basis and (c) when suspected of having violated policy regarding drug and alcohol use. After a contingent offer of employment has been made , a medical examination, including a TB test is required. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of any required exam. An offer of employment is also contingent on the results of a criminal background investigation as prescribed by law as well as a math test and reading test.
