Jimmy Bucher entered Linwood's program as a student in 1987. He now lives in a home in Ellicott City operated by Linwood and works at Wal-Mart with the support of his job coaches. At Linwood's 50th anniversary gala, Pat Bucher, Jimmy's mom, shared her family's experiences living with autism.
